The complex has 41 apartments spread over 22 bungalows (all with sea views) as well as a separate business center for 120 people with 5 adjoining rooms

At the moment there are 2887 m² of living space on the plot of which 1000 m² (7 bungalows with 14 apartments and 1 house with 250 m²) were newly built.
